Return or Exchange Procedure
KCIC Christmas Ornaments Exchange/Return Procedure
We
want you to be satisfied with the products purchased on our site. To
that end we try to give you the specific details needed to make an
informed decision. We will gladly answer any question that you have
before purchasing. In the rare event that you need to make a return or exchange, the following will be helpful to you.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required with all returns/exchanges. Restocking fees are charged under certain circumstances. Products must be returned within 5 days after an RMA is issued.
(1) Fill out the RMA
request on our Contact Form immediately or call. Be sure to attach a photo of the damaged
item and the shipping carton. Keep the pieces of the damaged/broken item(s) and return it in the original shipping or
Indestructo storage boxes. We will respond with your RMA number within 24 hours. Go here to fill out the RMA form.
Please return the item within 5 days.
(2) Or, you can call 1.888.344.2779 immediately to report a defective product or merchandise that arrived in a damaged condition. Leave a message stating your name, order number, email address, product to be returned and the reason for your return. We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your options and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Go here to fill out the RMA form.
(3) In the rare event that your ornament arrives broken, contact us immediately by phone or by email. Do not handle the broken glass or porcelain pieces with your bare hands! Use the white Indestructo storage box to return the product to us. Keep all of the shred, peanuts etc. included with the original shipment boxes. Carefully stuff the box almost to the top with crumpled newspaper to keep the broken pieces from rattling around in the box during transit. For your own protection, return the ornament using a method that allow you to track it. For example: Priority Mail-USPS, UPS, FedEx, certified US mail, USPS with tracking or signature required.For your protection, return the product using a traceable method such as USPS Priority or first class mail with delivery confirmation, FedEX or UPS.
(4) A replacement product will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your return or the tracking number indicating it is on its' way back to us. If the product is unavailable (as may happen during the holiday season) we will back order it for you and ship it when it comes in. Or, you can also select a different replacement product if you wish. There is no restocking fee for a product damage/exchange initiated within the 15 day warranty period.
If you decide to return a purchase for credit, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number first.
(1) 1.888.344.2779 immediately for an RMA. Leave a message stating your name, phone number, product to be returned and the reason for your return. We will contact you within 24 hours with an RMA number.
(2) Carefully re-pack the tree in the original box and return the item(s) in the original shipping or Indestructo storage box. Click here for the RMA form to send in with your exchange.
(3) For your protection, return the product using a traceable method such as USPS Priority or first class mail with delivery confirmation, FedEX or UPS.
(4) A refund (minus original shipping charges) will be issued after we receive your return. There is no restocking fee for returns initiated within the 15 day warranty period.
We will contact the shipper/supplier and process your return in accord with their return/refund process. If you decide to return a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first.

(2) A credit (minus original and return shipping) will be issued after we receive your product or a notice from the shipper that your tree has been returned. There is no restocking fee for refund requests initiated within the 15 day warranty period.
There is no restocking fee for a product returned because of shipper damage, a return for refund or a return for exchange if the request is initiated within your 15 day warranty period. However, there is a 25% restocking fee for the following: returns for refund initiated after the warranty period; items returned without an RMA number; items returned with unreported damage, missing pieces or missing parts.
