Office Hours:  For the quickest response, please use our in-house Contact us form.  We endeavour to return e-mail inquiries within 24 hours or one business day. Voice mail answers 24 hours a day. If you choose to leave a voice mail message, be as specific and detailed in your message as possible and leave your e-mail address. We will return your call as soon as possible. During the busy season (Oct 15 - Dec 24) it may take a little longer. :-)

SECURE INTERNET ORDERING: Your credit card and checking account information is safe when you order from us. Your credit card information is encrypted before it is sent over the Internet. You will receive a copy of your order by e-mail. And, you will receive a tracking number when it is shipped.

If your order can not be filled because we are out of stock, you will be notified. We will offer the option to substitute a different product or cancel the order and get a refund. 

USA CUSTOMERS: You can order by e-mail, fax, "snail" mail, phone or securely on-line. We accept

We ship to English speaking countries outside of the USA. 

We can use your carrier account  to ship to the UK, Canada and other locations via UPS, USPS, FedEx International and you must sign for the package. You are also responsible for any tariffs, duties, taxes charged by your country. To find out what import/duty VAT fees, taxes and charges you will likely incur, go to the website of the postal service in your country, visit your local postal office or the website of your carrier account.
